Information we collect
From our forms
The site has two forms: a general contact form and a private dining and events inquiry form. When you submit either form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, party size, event date, and any message or details you share with us.
From your visit
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log information: IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic analysis.
From analytics and search tools
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Search Console to monitor how the site appears in Google search results. Search Console provides aggregated, non-identifying data about search queries and clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage information. From spam protection
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which loads on every page in order to assess whether visitor activity is automated or human. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device data, browser plugins, and IP address) and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to reservation requests, contact inquiries, and private event inquiries
- Confirm and coordinate event bookings
- Improve the website and our services
- Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential: site functionality, session handling, and security

- Brevo (email delivery): when you submit a form, your message is sent to us by email through Brevo’s transactional email service. Brevo processes the message in transit but does not store the content for marketing purposes on our behalf.

- Cloudways (hosting): provides server infrastructure and standard log data.
We do not share, rent, or sell your information to any other third parties.
How long we keep your data
Form submissions are received as email and retained in our inbox for as long as we have a reasonable business need to keep them, typically up to 24 months for general inquiries and longer for confirmed event bookings as required for accounting and tax records. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to the defaults of our hosting and analytics providers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Children’s privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
